1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using our services, including enrolling in courses, applying for franchise, or using any student portals, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment & Courses

Course enrollments are valid for the duration specified in the course details. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by the institute. Students must maintain ethical conduct throughout their course duration.

3. Certificates & Documents

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the course with a passing grade. The institute reserves the right to withhold certificates in cases of pending dues, disciplinary actions, or fraudulent documentation.

4. Franchise Obligations

Authorized Study Centers (ASCs) must comply with all standards set by the head institute. Any violation of the franchise agreement may result in suspension or termination of the franchise license without refund of fees paid.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, course materials, branding, and digital assets provided by the institute are proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hailakandi, Assam.
